Not too much, actually. A 30E is pretty much the same size as a 32DD, a 34D, or a 36C. Sometimes, depending on the build of a woman, getting a smaller back size with a bigger cup size is a lot more comfortable simply for the fact that it offers a fit that's more snug and leaves more space for the breasts. You're simply a petite girl with big breasts. The E cup sounds frightening and extremely large, but many women have the same size breasts. Wouldn't worry too much. When I was 14, I was a 32DDD. Still am, and I haven't had many problems.
I think 30E is 35 full bust. If you are chunky, then it should be 32C max. This is not that big. I think bra makers have changed formula for arriving at cup size. It will be better if band length+cup letter+full bust are placed in row like 30E35. This will be next generation's bra nomenclature. In India, bras are difined in same way but 30E is actually 26C35. Is the top of your boob protrucing by min 3 inches from chest wall? co relate in situ. At this edge, 'it' should be pyramid and not a hemisphere. Now a days all bra mfgrs. make bras for hemisphiroid(al) cups made frm soft material/cloth. Standards of comparision have been changing from pyramid to hemispheroid.
It's not that big...I told my sister she was probably really a 28-30F or FF the other day. She was shocked because she's always had much smaller breast than the rest of us in the family. a 30E isn't that big...probably about what most people think a B or C cup looks like. She was probably shocked because she didn't realize you were that developed yet. But it's not that big of a deal...I wear a 32JJ but most people assume I'm around a DD or DDD cup.

well band size can affect the size of your breast.a smaller band size means smaller breast.your breast are not small.
a 36e is a lot bigger than a 30e because it has more volume and weight.most people don't know that brand size affects are size.

Gosh, you're only fouteen and already a 30E!
I do feel so sorry for you.
When I was you're age I was only a 32D, but I ended up being a 34FF!
At the age of twentyone I had to have a BR done because of the sheer pain and discomfort I was experiencing.
I do hope and pray that you will never have to go through what I did.
*Hugs*
wow those are major league milk wagons! im sure all your friends are jealous of them
Since you're only 14, she was probably shocked because you're... uh... let's say "very well developed for your age."
Don't be worried about it - I'm still like 32A and I'm waaaaay older than you!
No it is ok.
