kinect sensor problem !!?

please help me :S from two weeks i bought a used kinect with good condition then today i faced a problem that says you need to restart the sensor after every 30 min. of playing !!! and i restart the sensor but the problem didnot gone !! hint : the room temp. is hot and the kinect is some how hot . please help me :S !!! please someone tells me is this a software problem or a hardware ( kinect) and what to do !!!

    I'm an Xbox gamer and sadly I don't use my kinect because it was horrible. The next gen Kinect looks much better and hopefully if you get the new xbox one then you won't be having the same problems
