How To Contact A Naval Officer (U.S)?

I have a very personal, serious question I want to know regarding getting into Annapolis for Navy Officer training. Being I'm only 15, I think something like E-Mailing would be a good way to go. Does anyone know of any way you can e-mail someone in the navy and ask them questions? It would help a lot. Thanks!(:
