Does a UK company need a trade license to do work in Dubai?
Hi,
We're a UK limited company and just setting up an agreement to do work for a company in Dubai. I as the director am going out there at the end of the month to finalise terms and carry out the first part of work for them. I am uncertain however if I'll/we'll need a trade license, work visa or any other things to legally do work for UAE company out there? Or weather we can just go over, do the work needed and return to back to the UK. Any advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks,
