Very unstable as far a work is concerned?
I lost a job 2 years ago after having spent 15 years in the company. Not that I was very happy there but I just stayed, mainly because of family obligations. Since then I have had 5 jobs in 5 different places. It seems that I am always looking for something better , thinking every time: may be this time,I'll find what I want... to a reasonable extent. Every time the job is acceptable but not really what I expected, so when I get a better pay somewhere else with something that may look interesting I make the jump. I feel I am very unstable, any advice?

No I would not say you were unstable.
It is not unusual to keep changing jobs, until you find one you like.
After all you have a lot of years left to work, so you might as well keep trying to find a job you like.
