I've been eating 4 packets of oatmeal a day, averaging 500 calories. When I get hungry later I just drown it out with water and a LOT of tea. I get head aches, but I usually just sleep them off. How long can I sustain this? I'm ugly if that helps
If you're not an active person, then it's not entirely unhealthy. I'd recommend you take supplements (protein, herbal, vitamins) to compensate for certain nutritional deficiencies. You shouldn't only be eating starch though. Add some fruits and light protein.
that is UNHEALTHY. your body needs nutrients. you need fruit, protein, and vegetables. you need at least 1200 calories just for basic body functions such as digestion, respiration, etc.

Your going to kill your immune system if you keep this up, and will constantly be getting colds ect.
