Serious Sam 3 release date?

I was wondering when Serious Sam 3, the video game, is going to be released. I remeber playing this game years ago and it freaking rocked. Is there going to be a third one for the Xbox360 or PC?

    XBLA and PC are getting Serious Sam HD. Release date unknown.

    Croteam has mentioned working on the "Serious 3" engine, so the meaning of that is pretty obvious. That's all we know so far, though.
