The CDC says "measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccines do not and never did contain thimerosal [ethylmercury]. Varicella (chickenpox), inactivated polio (IPV), and pneumococcal conjugate vaccines have also never contained thimerosal [ethylmercury]." Vaccines do not contain mercury at all. The former doctor (he lost his license) who promoted the autism-vaccine link was shown to have committed fraud in his "research". There is no link. At all. None.

No. There is no evidence that thimerosol causes autism and this has been looked at every way .from Sunday.
The study that supports this was done in the UK in the 1970's. It has been disproven as a cause for decades. The person who did this was desperate to publish, as was required by his employment.
Vaccines do NOT cause autism. Period and proven.
