Free photo editors please?
I don't care if it's a website or if it's a download (just has to be compatible with Windows) but I'd like a photoshop program that isn't really too complicated (I tried out Gimp and hated it)..pretty much just something with a lot of effects that could make moderately nice looking edits? Thanks!
