I am 34 inch's around my ribcage, but I don't know how to find out my actual bra cup size. I really need a new one in 4 days, and I was going to buy one online. I am quite tall and a size 14 if that helps.

There's really no way to know what size you are. Your best option is to go to a shop and get measured. Most places provide this service for free. Try any underwear shop or m&s. They will give you recomendations and tell you your size.
Buying online is difficult- bras are like shoes in that you need to try them on to see if they suit you.
If the 34 inches is at the point where the bottom of the bra goes round, use that as your band size.
If you measure over the fullest part of your bust, the difference between the two measurements can be used as a rough guide. So if your band is 34 and the fuller part is 38, that would be a difference of 4. If you take each inch as a letter, 1 would be A, 2=B, 3=C and 4 would be D. If it's more than that, go and get properly fitted in a department store.
Make sure you don't get a bigger band size though!
