dash light panel issue?
I have an 03 Tribute which is basically the Escape..it has been a great vehicle..but this past winter after Ive washed it..my interior signal lights have stayed on solid or faded in and out..then there is a mild odor..once it dries..no issue..obviously something is getting wet...again there has been no issues till last night i drove in the rain...a few miles out..one signal appeared...then my dash light went out..except the OD.and the clock..everything else is running normally..all exterior lights and signals..heat..,air..windows..etc...anyone have an idea why this would happen now...or have this problem?

you may need to find out whee the water is getting in..sounds like screen is leaking
