If you are talking HD, such as high resolution today means, it will, but not very well. It is a low graphics card, and may not be able to keep up with your monitor. It is old, so it doesn't support latest versions of directx etc
Computers have supported "HD" since the 1990s. Just make sure you have the latest drivers and it should work fine.
the card does not come with an HD connector. the geforce gts 220 does i think.
