Menstrual cramps - 14 weeks pregnant - normal?
Hey all,
This is my second pregnancy, but I'm not sure until what time I had menstrual cramps last time. I think it was only early pregnancy.
I will be 14 weeks on Thursday, and today I ran a very small bit, less than a minute. Since then I've been having menstrual cramps.
Should I be worried or do you think it's normal? It's not round ligament pains, it's definitely the feeling I get before my period starts.
Thanks all.

it's totally normal i'm 32 weeks and i still get mentrual feeling cramps. make sure you are drinking enough water (my doctors says 1/2 gallon a day) and if you have any spotting call your doctor. and running is fine during pregnancy (unless your doctor says otherwise) especially this early when the baby is SUPER cushioned. Congratulations
I have 5 children and I can tell you this is very normal you may even bleed a little bit, when this happend to me I freaked out too, but my doctor told me a woman can still have a small period while pregnant, just go lay down on you left side for a while and if you don't feel better in a hour or so call your doctor, if you start bleed really bad and it is a very bright red with clots go to the hospital. however I think that you are fine and just need to rest, try to take walks maybe running is just to much for you right now, take it easy
sure mild cramping is conventional the 1st few weeks of being pregnant, your uterus is increasing because of the fact the toddler grows and that's inflicting the cramping. Very mild recognizing that is going away after an afternoon or 2 is likewise conventional.
I think it's just a normal pain to expect from running. If you are doubling over in pain, then maybe I'd call the doctor but if it's just slight cramping, I wouldn't be worried.
is the OB concerned??
That is a sign of miscarriage..
