Has anyone tried this supplement? Does it work well?

  • I know 2 other people who have tried this one lost 10 in two weeks and another lost 15 pounds in a month. This is such a broad question, though. So many factors to into weight loss, your exercise, your diet, your moods, the amount of sleep you get, your age. I'm usi g this pill and it's been a week and I've lost 4.5 lbs. i've gained some winter weight and want it off. I'm 5'3" and 144 lbs and female. I exercise regularly and don't eat any meat and eat salads, beans, veggie burgers, eggs, and milk primarily. I only drink decaf tea and water. I've lost the 4.5 s without alteri g any of that. So, this pill appears to be speeding up my metabolism. When, Ive lost my desired weight, my plan is to eat less and add more exercise and do more to maintain my weight. (maintaining weight is much easier than losing for most people) So, the basic answer to your question, is TBH, I don't know. Talk to your physician, would be the best advice, however he will tell you not to take them. Because no diet pills are proven to work for anyone. It's all on a case-by-case basis. The bests device anyone can give you is eat right, and exercise regularly and stay hydrated. So, try them, beware of any pill advertised as a "quick fix."
