Do colleges look at freshmen year grades?
I want to go to Umass dartmouth really bad. My freshmen year grades aren't so great. I have a couple of a's and b's the rest c's and one d in math. I have pre ap English and two honors classes next year. I wanna get all a's for the rest of high school because I want to be an rn. So do I have a chance?

Yes, they do look at freshman year grades. People tend to believe that they don't; and while freshman grades are not as important as junior grades, they are still considered.
I'll just be honest, that D is seriously going to hurt you. And only one pre-AP class and two honors classes is a really light course load. If your school offers it, you should be taking a few APs by Junior year, if not Sophomore year.
I don't know much about UMass Dartmouth, sorry.
Get those grades up, add some more honors and APs (but only if you think you're capable of it; don't overload yourself), and make sure you're involved in EC activities. That's the best you can do.
Good luck!
Yes, they do.
no they don't
