No contact order.. temporary or permanent?

I lied to the cop in my initial statement. I made up most of the story which caused him to be arrested. I turned myself in this morning after his arraignment and am waiting until tuesday to find out if charges will be pressed against me or not. What I did was wrong, yes. I know this. My boyfriend was released early because I admitted to lying about the whole thing except the basic story. I was told by the DA that his charges will most likely be dropped, but he is still on house arrest until his review hearing in two weeks. No contact order. My question is, will the no contact order go away at the review hearing unless we are told otherwise, or will it remain until charges are gone? Also, I am 27 weeks pregnant and a high risk pregnancy. My doctor believes that I could go into labor anytime after 30 weeks because of what i have going on with my body. Yes, he is the father. I really would like him there when I have the baby, but I am unsure as to how long the no contact order is in place

Update:

really? I was told if I didn't lie about what happened then my baby was going to be taken from me... by my own mother and by the cop. So please explain to me why im a ***** for trying to keep my son with me. I am looking for an answer. that is all. I do not need advice on my son's life, my own life, or my boyfriend's life for that matter.

  • His charges may be dropped but the No Contact order will most likely remain. Thousands of women daily make the same claim so they can get their abuser out of jail and court officers are aware of it. It is not likely that you will be charged in your condition but the next time he abuses you he may kill you and your child.

  • the position I stay at, an eternal injuction skill what it says. the perimeters commonly used interior it are set in stone, and won't be able to get replaced outdoors of court, or if the guy who has the order abuses their endowment (like manipulation with seeing toddlers, out and in of a relationship with the guy they don't look meant to be round for his or her own protection, fraudulant accusations which could be shown with data). so some distance as going to court at the same time as its violated, that relies upon on the magestrate. each so often the magestrate will launch the op from custody even after the police has picked them up and also you bypass to document prices in the journey that they sense the reason isn't justified interior the limitations of the order. it really is conditional. yet when it is going to court, then the decide will administer justice in situations of violation, see you later because the party who has the order has been compliant to the circumstances of it besides.. I stay in VA.

  • youre a ***** for lying to the cops and putting him in jail!!!!! he couldve been raped by a horny perv in there.!!!! it will remain until your charges are dropped. i hope that when youre son is born he punches you in the face for lying and placing his daddy in jail
