I'm too scared to do a pregnancy test?
because ive been trying for a baby for years now and every time there is a possibility i might be pregnant it's always a neg when i do a test. and it's heart breaking every time. i was due on the 8th it is now the 11th and im still not having a period, i havent had cramps per say just and achy feeling. my breasts (niples) are sore and purple (sorry too much info). do you think i could be pregnant? and pluck up the courage to do a test.

I think that you could very well be pregnant. Honey.......do a test! It is better to know either way and if you are not I would go to the doctor because you don't want to delay something that might be wrong. Good Luck on everything.........By the way I know what you mean about not wanting to take a test because it is negative. I don't buy them anymore unless I am really really late....it is always heartbreaking to get a - and then have to tell your husband ............Good Luck!

I have been in a similar prediciment, the problem is it may be in your head that you are feeling all these symptoms, because that is what you want to feel, I have been there, and unfortunately was never pregnant. I know it is hard but the only thing you can do is take the test and hope for the best, have you been to the doctor, to find out if there is some sort of a problem as to why you cant conceive.
Just keep trying and make sure you are in good health, but never put to much pressure on both you and your partner, as this will only complicate things more.

From my experiences of miscarriages and pregnancy there is always hope while your breasts are very tender.
3 days is not a lot of time to be overdue and I would wait a a few more days, though I remember being very anxious and heading to the dr's on day 3 !I

You should just try to get over it and do the test. The sooner you know the better off you are. You have waited three days which is better then me! lol
you can do it, if it says negative you could still be wrong.. their are false negatives but never a false positive that I have heard of... do it. and if it is negative, take another in 2 days.. good luck:)
