Can you transfer GTA 5 data from Xbox 360 to PS4?

I love the 360, but the servers are eventually going down so I might as well get a next gen console. I would much rather get PS4 because the One sucks. Can I transfer my GTA 5 data from Xbox 360 to PS4? If so, how do I?

    You can transfer you online character and progress to the Ps4 from the 360 but single player game saves are not transferable.

    You will need to be a member of the Rockstar social club and have your social club account linked to ur 360 to be able to transfer it. Providing you have this, it us simply a case of selecting pause - online - transfer character, then following all the on screen instructions. It is easy enough to do and doesn't take long.
