Two rectangles have an area of 630cm² each. The difference in the lengths of the rectangles is 5cm while that in their widths is 3cm. Find the dimensions of the two rectangles.

Comments

  • The length of the first rectangle is 30 cm and the width is 21 cm....

The length of the second rectangle is 35 cm and the width is 18 cm...

Both equal 630 cm squared....good luck...

  • Look at the 12 pairs of factors that make 630:

    18 x35 and 21 x 30
