I experience something simliar to menstral cramps after an orgasm. It lasted for only about and minute or so. What could be the cause of this. I have been TTC just so you all know for information. This is the first time I have ever experienced this. Thanks for the help and honest answers only!

It is totally common to have mild cramping after an orgasim. It is from the relaxation and various hormones and endorphins being released from the sexual arrousal, pleasure and orgasim....
As long as you are not bleeding or in severe pain, it only last for a few minutes. I would say it is all good.

Cramps After Orgasam
Maybe you could put a rolled up cloth between the safety bar and her bits to keep her from rubbing. I don't think its sick, babies don't know it is sexual, it just feels good. I have heard of this before, don't worry too much.
Girl I am glad you posted this because I've had this problem all my life. Not every single time but I remembered it instantly when I read your question. I'll check back to see what everyone says but - you're not the only one. And it doesn't last long but man does it hurt.
You should tell this to your doctor the next time you are examined. There could be all kind of disorders that women get that would cause this pain. I have had the same pain you mention so I'm thinking you might just have this too. Look into this "endometriosis". A lot of women get this disease. It causes pain with sex, extreme pain during menstrual periods, pain during ovulation, and causes your pelvic area to develop cysts and adhesion's. You won't know the cause until you get examined during your next visit with the doc. Hope this info helps. Good luck!
