I was a pedestrian hit by car?
I was walking out of the store and the car obviously did not see me. I was in the crosswalk. She kept saying she didn't hit me, but i have some injuries. I didn't fall on the floor, i did manage to move somewhat out of the way, but i was not fast enough compared to a moving vehicle. In the abulance the cop yelled at me because our stories did not match. There were no witnesses. Is the driver still liable?

If you were in the crosswalk when a driver hit you, the driver should be liable.
The fact that you were injured should be proof that a collsion did take place.
If your injuries were serious, you should consult a lawyer.
Be sure to get a copy of whatever report the policeman wrote up, and if it is incorrect make a written complaint to the police department to correct it.
See if there were any store security cameras that may have captured the incident. Do this sooner rather than later, because many of them do not save the video after some period such as 30 days.
