Demonic **** or sleep paralysis?
So about a week ago I was asleep on my living room floor (That's how I fall asleep after watching t.v) and that week Alot of weird **** was happening I was seeing weird evil things. But my my family and I have always seen things in this house.I was thinking about all the weird things that were happening and all of a sudden I couldn't move at all.But the thing was that I had never fallen asleep I was just like thinking. And I felt so much hatred and I felt something around me like a really mean evil presence. So I asked god for help because I was so scared but I couldnt do anything and I finally got the stregth to move and I sat straight up scared and I knew something was watching me and it was this wierd feeling that i have felt before.I looked up sleep paralysis and who knows it couldve been that but I just cant forget the evil I felt and It just felt like some force was holding me down.So what do you think demon bla bla or something ordinary.
P.S I have always seen ghost and felt scared in my house.

I've had entities invade my home at one time, and its usually because they like to experiment around with people. I can tell you how you can use sleep paralysis to your advantage, by using it for out of body experience. When you become paralyzed, just stay very calm and try not to feel any kind of negative emotions. Then begin repeating in your mind, "I now seperate my consciousness from my physical body." And while you're saying this, actually try to see yourself getting up out of your body, try to push yourself away from your physical body. I have actually projected my conscious astral body away from my physical body a number of times, and its real!!
Sleep paralysis is something that most people experience once in a while, but you seem to have a severe case. In my opinion , the following is happening: When we sleep, the part of our brain that is responsible for movement gets shut down, in order to prevent you from wandering around and potentially hurt yourself during your dreams. Sleepwalkers have this system being defective (or even absent). You on the other hand, might have one working "too good", and thus being active at inappropriate times. The fact that it often happens when you're alone is no surprise. In most cases, we sleep alone, not in the company of others. (The exception is of course if you're married/have a fixed partner) Another typical aspect of dreams is that our brain tends to synchronize the events in the dreams with the real world, e.g: often a loud sound outside that woke you up happened seemingly at the same time as an event in your dream (like an exploding balloon, a gunshot, etc.) This might explain why you're seeing/experiencing strange things during those moments; you might not be 100% awake, but still partly dreaming. Anyway, there is no indication that anything supernatural is involved. You can find much information on this topic online. Whatever is the case, I hope you get better. All the best
Bopperbu, the only thing that I can think of is that you may have a negative presence around you,I don't thing that it is necessarily a demon.I have heard and read of several cases where people have experienced just what you have,a sensation of feeling being held down.Know that spirits can and will feed off of fear. What a suggest you do,is to try and debunk what is occurring,do this by a digital tape recorder and run it and ask some questions, such is there a spirit present with me,what is your name and why are you here, play back the tape and see if you have any intelligent responses to your questions.A lot of people will burn sage in their homes to cleanse it of any spiritual activity. You can burn the sage that you find in your grocery store spice isle.If you choose to go this route, this must be burnt in each and every room and you must command the presence to leave in Jesus Christ's name, tell it,it's no longer welcomed in the home and you are banishing it for good. This is known as smudging. If you come up with any findings, please come back and share them with me,I've had a lot of experiences over my life time and I'm a believer in this phenomena.I hope this is some what of a help to you,I wish you luck.Tomb Raider.
Wow, I have a headache after trying to decipher all that gibberish.
However, you are correct in one thing it is just as you say "something ordinary".
Sleep paralysis of course, the hallucinations are part of it, ghosts are not real, nor are demons.
