Bra Size Problem Help Please!!!?

Basically i wear t-shirt bras..I cant wear cotton bras coz im really sensitive and show really easily..Anyway i use to wear size 32E but i've been working out and i've lost weight and now 32E is really lose for me..

I tried a 32D it kinda fits but i pop out of it and have to keep adjusting it it..

What can i do?

What bra size am i?

I measured myself and my bust is 32 inches and under my bust im 26.5 inches..so what bra size is that?

    the Bust -the Under the Bust = Cup Size in inches.

    32-26= 6

    Under the Bust = Band size

    If your Under the Bust measurement is even. If it is odd then you can choose to go up to the next even number for you Band Size and keep the same Cup Size or go down to the next even number and add one cup size..

    26.5, you should really wear a 26 band I only know of one place that makes them. You might want to try a 28 band as that's the next size up that's made more available, but you should really try a 26.

    So, 26 underband. 32-26 = 7 inches.

    A = 1 inch

    B = 2 inch

    C = 3 inch

    D = 4 inch

    DD = 5 inch

    E = 6 inch

    F = 7 inch.

    Your bra size should be 26F. in case you're thinking your boobs aren't big enough to be an F, you need to know cupsize is relative. So a 26F is a LOT smaller than a 36F. All F means is that the bust is 7 inches more than the underbust.

    26F = 28E = 30DD = 32D = 34C. These sizes all have the same volume just on different sized frames.

    If you can't get a 26F, the 'sister size' would be a 28E. Whilst not ideal it would be a LOT better than a 32D, which although holding the same volume, is much too loose in the back.

    Try a 28F or 30E. I'm basically going off the fact you said a 32E is too big and a 32D is too small. So assuming 32DD would fit ok on the cup, then decrease the back size as you have a very small ribcage that translates to roughly a 30E or 28F. Hope this helps.

    I'm not sure, but I'm assuming UK sizing makes an American DD the same as a UK E?

    Anyways, if you can't get DD, and the E is too large, try loosening the straps on your 32D bra. Sometimes loosening the straps can give your breasts a bit more room to fill out the cups.

    You're probably a 32DD, because that's one size down from E (which is equivalent to DDD). So basically, you skipped a size. The DD should work for you.

    Have you tried other bra styles?

    Also, other companies as well. They'll all differ a little bit.
