travel help? passport problem...?
so here is the story. I need to go to san francisco to visit my future college but me and my mom want to travel by plane to get there. We live in Los Angeles so its only a one hour flight but there is a problem. My mom is a permanent resident of the US and has a permit but is not a citizen therefore no passport for her. Can she still travel to San Fran with a permit? If not what do i do?

Actually you do not need a passport to travel inside the United States. All she needs is a valid driver's license or State ID
Passports are only for international travel.
