No carb No sugar Breakfats ideas?

im on a new diet but i dont like the breakfast they tell me to eat. The idea of the diet is low carbs and no sugars. I do not like eggwhites or brocolli

  • Of course you don't like egg whites and broccoli, that's a crappy breakfast. A low carb diet MUST be a HIGH-FAT diet. You can't live on egg whites and broccoli, it's not satisfying and you'd never stick to that. Egg whites without the yolk have no place in a low carb diet.

    And so your simple answer is: whole eggs; breakfast meats like bacon, sausage, ham; omelets; cheese. Avocados go good with any of these. Veggies are fine if part of an omelet or egg scramble.

    My typical breakfast are: 2 eggs fried in coconut oil, with 2 pieces of bacon or sausage. OR, 2 eggs scrambled with chopped veggies and cheese. OR an omelet with cheese and spinach. Variations around that theme. And you don't need to have eggs; some paleo diet practitioners like to eat meat at breakfast, like leftover pot roast or whatever.
