How do I tell my parents I'm depressed?
I just feel like my mom would try to take over and try to "fix me" all by herself. My mom and stepdad both think that psychologists are crap and whatnot. But I really need help. I'm 15, and a female. Thanks!

Instead of telling them what you are, could you tell them what you need?
The problem in this label-crazy society is that people tend to stop at the beginning(basically the label keeps people stuck in a bad-situation).
Depression is an active dynamic, something is weighing you down(it's not a fixed-problem), so what can be done, that you can start to let go of that thing that's weighing you down?
Ask for that specific active-help, instead of focusing on labelling yourself, because that wouldn't help in therapy either.
Yea, get clear on why you are depressed and fix it, accept it, let go..whatever you have to do
