No air from my car's a/c?

I hopped in my car and tested my stereo, worked, tested my lights, worked, but then i tested my air conditioning, and it will blow out of the dash vents (defrosting) but not the primary vents (blowing onto me).

Over the last weeks i have replaced the battery 4 times, pulled and checked all the car's fuses, and replaced the radiator (not yet filled with coolant). could any of that have an impact? Because aside from that i have never had a problem with my a/c before

Additional Details:

-Air is coming out at full blast from defrosting vents

-No matter what setting (mix/max/floor/vents/etc) it all does the same thing

-Does not work for a/c or heat

-When i turn the a/c on it dims the dome light a little bit

  • I do not believe that replacing the battery and the fuses will cause this problem. Sounds like there may be something wrong with your A/C controller. If you do not know what it is it is the unit where the switches are. But first make sure that unit is properly connected.
