Baileys alcohol, freeze to separate alcohol from cream?
I have all these bottles of baileys sitting around that my girlfriend leaves behind. I can't stand all the cream in the liquor but I do want to drink the alcohol. I'm thinking if I freeze it the cream will separate from the alcohol because alcohol has a lower freezing point. Anybody ever attempted this? Is there anything you can think of that could hinder my success?

If you put it through a centrifuge the alcohol will seperate out better as it`s a lot lighter than cream and the other additives in Baileys
Why the hell would you want to do that? It's a perfectly good drink the way it is. Just make yourself a Irish Coffee by mixing Jameson, Coffee, Brown Sugar, and Baileys.
