How long is a normal period?
I was supposed to get my period on the 11th of this month but I'm late. I have been normal for my other cycles. There have been times where I get my cycle in 35 days but not usual. I do know that stress, exercise, and weight gain or loss can contribute to being late. Is this true? Should I stop worrying?

Typically a period lasts comes every 25 days and lasts for about 5 days. Yes - stress is a very big contributing factor for a late period. Exercise however - makes it come on time. If you're worried that you're pregnant or something then you shouldn't worry unless your period is more than 2 weeks late. If you aren't sexually active, then there's no reason to worry at all - sometimes your period will just come late... it's normal. Just relax and clear your mind, you're probably overly stressed.
Most women get a period every 21-35 days that lasts for 3-7 days at a time. I'm 26 and mines comes every 21-23 days and stays on for 5 days at a time. Just take a pregnancy test if your period is more than a few days late. The results will be over 99% accurate. Even the tests from the Dollar Store work well.
If you are usually regular it is a bit unusual, but a variety of factors such as stress and weight gain can cause irregularity! If you have had unprotected sex, then maybe you should check you're ok, but otherwise it is perfectly normal. Mine can range from once every 2 weeks to once every 3 months! And I think most people tend to have a period anywhere between 3-8 days, depending on how heavy you are.
periods monthy can be in between for normal/typical range 21-28 days, everyones bodies are diff...I am 30 yrs old and mine have NEVER been normal. I get mine every 29-31 days. sometimes its light sometimes its heavy! Is there any way that you're pregnant? I would go and see your obgyn just to be cked out...let them know your cycle history and concerns and they will advise you! They can also put you on the pill to regulate cycle too! Also if you're already on the pill and not remembering to take it daily etc that can screw up your cycle as well. Good luck- dont worry too much just have cked to be sure!
It lasts for about a week. And yes, it is true that you can miss your period because of stress, diet changes, etc. Unless you've had unprotected sex, I wouldn't worry!
If you have been having periods for over a year or so, they should be regular. If you are late and have had sexual contact, take a test. If you have not had sexual contact and are having irregular periods, see the GYN.
3 days to 1 week.
Yes you should stop worrying
