How do i transfer footage from PC onto DVD?

I have worked out how to put camcorder footage onto my pc but what do i do now to get it onto a DVD? I have ULead version 6 ( I think) on but it only lets me put images onto CD and doesn't mention DVD

I have windows XP if that's any help.

I am not technical so please keep it simple.

Thanks

  • The easiest way is to just add your footage to DVD Flick (it's free) and it'll do everything that's needed. You'll get a much more watchable DVD if you edit the video first using something like Windows Movie Maker (also free and probably already on your PC).

  • First, you need a DVD drive and not a CD. If you have a DVD/R drive, it should have come with the software to burn DVDs. ULead 6 is for the older CD/R burners.

  • ok dont worry lets make this very simple just follow, read, and view the links I will give to you. First you have to have a Nero burning software, its media DVD writer tool use to burn or write video file into dvd. Here are the links below to show how to use it.

  • you want some style of video card with connections for an analogue video digital camera (RGB connections) and then you will be able to move for your workstation, then onto DVD by some video software

  • Use an editing programme, Windows Movie Maker will do the job for you.

  • Hey,

If you need to download Nero you can get it for free here http://j.mp/VMdTmU

It is one of the best CD-DVD burner avaiable!
