Reshiram is programmed so it won't ever be encountered as a shiny in either black or white.
I discovered a wonderful place which has entire english version associated with pokemon black and white intended for download. You can even have fun with it on your desktop using a emulator in the event you dont possess a ds or a ds catridge!
