Team Fortress 2 FPS Problem Fix?
My Laptop Is A Windows 7 I Have Team fortress 2 and intel graphics and media accelerator I have tried

all the "mat_" commands

defragmenting my game files
i have done all this in all the possible ways i could and my fps remained at 6-10 fps no matter what and in every level as soon as i step outside the game turns to 0-1 fps then back to 6-9 fps

The simple answer is that your graphic card is not powerful enough to use it. 1GB of memory and integrated graphics is NOT enough to run the game. You need at the very least 2gb of memory and a dedicated gpu to get playable frame rates
