Temporary error: ymws:Server.MailboxOpenFailed?

when my wife logs into her account, its getting this error "Temporary error: ymws:Server.MailboxOpenFailed" the inbox and other folders loads for around 1-2 seconds and then a page that says the error above mentioned. this has been happening for a long time now and its not resolved even though the error message page says below:

any fix on this? i cant contact customer support as well.

this error happens to my wife's account, and posting this on my account so i can replies.
