eyebags problem (circles)?

ok how do i get red of these eyebags under my eyes.. theyre not dark or anything but there's a curvy line below my eyes (the eyebag) especially it happens in the morning.. and it makes me look bad!!

and also how to get whiter teeth

    get enough sleep and you wont get it. average time to sleep is like 9 or 10

    The celebrities always 'Preperation H" under their eyes to keep swelling down and it works!

    About the teeth. "Hydrogen peroxide" just dip a Q-tip in the peroixde and put it on your teeth and let it set for one minute and you should see a difference. Don't forget to rinse your mouth out good. Good luck.

    Well I steal my moms anti-aging cream and dab it on that spot before going to bed and it's actually is working a little. An eye-mask filled with gel may help too. And are you getting enough sleep?
