Problem with temporary error: ymws:Server.MailboxOpenFailed?

I need help on my account [email protected], i cant check my mail inside, it kept on showing me this "temporary error: ymws:Server.MailboxOpenFailed" whenever i click the Mail. I've been trying to do this on 3 computers and 3 browsers and it still keep on showing me the same message over and over again, i dont know what to do

I've seen users having the same problem and i've check so many possible ways that had been answered on here and i did all the steps that was listed and none of them works so i was hoping you guys to help me out

and also i went on this site, http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?y=PROD&page=content... and clicked on this link - http://help.yahoo.com/kb/Error message "Mail... and i can't seem to see any links in here

Please reply ASAP as i need this account to recover my lost password in other acc.
