Cora. I hardly ever hear that name and I am a teacher. I hear Clara more lately.

Clara is a much prettier name. Also, Cora has suddenly become really popular.
Also Clara Oswin Oswald from Doctor Who.

it will be unique that way plus in general it would avoid confusion if someone else was named that

Cora sounds more tomboyish, but Clara sounds prettier. I would pick Clara, but after all, it is your choice.
