I'll rate them and then decide on my overall favourites and least favourites.
Ivy Juliet -- 7/10
Ivy is such a great name - it's got the wonderful nature feel without the overwhelming popularity of Lily, Rose and Violet. It's also close enough to Ava to be known in society but it has a quirky edge to it which I love. Juliet is a great classic and literary name. Overall, this combination flows well and is beautifully feminine.
Evangeline Lilith -- 6/10
Separately I love both of these names. Evangeline is feminine, classic and ages well - Lilith is a great quirky version of Lily. Together though, I feel that the flow is slightly off because of the repeated "L" sounds - especially going from Lee to Lili .. it feels slightly forced.
Isla Willow -- 6/10
I'm not a great fan of Isla ... I much prefer Ivy. Willow is another quirky nature name that is beautiful, classic and feminine. Together the flow is okay.. but I think it could be better.
Leah Felicity -- 9/10
Although I'm not a huge fan of Felicity, Leah is adorable and the combination just flows superbly. Both names are feminine and will age extremely well. A great combination.
Sadie Grey -- 3/10
I think Sadie is cute but sounds a little nickname-y. Grey for me is a very masculine name -- short for Grayson or Graham.
Aurelia Winter -- 9/10
Two more names that I absolutely love. Both feminine and beautiful ... both classic and age well. This combination has a superb flow and it's gorgeous!
Seraphina Wren -- 9/10
Another gorgeous combination. Seraphina is adorable (I love the nickname Sera) and Wren is such a cute short name that pairs well with the very frilly first name.
Thora Violet -- 4/10
I love Violet but hate Thora. It makes me think of thorns. The name flows well, but I really dislike Thora.
Aspen Rose -- 3/10
Rose is okay but filler in the middle position (and you seem to have a lot of nature themed middle names ...). Aspen feels masculine to me ... and I really dislike the nickname Penny.
Callia Snow -- 3/10
I feel that although Callia is cute, it feels like it's trying too hard to be different and sounds a little forced. Snow just feels overdone... not really a name.
Millie Sophia -- 5/10
Sophia is adorable and Millie is cute but only for a nickname. Millicent Sophia or Mildred Sophia are both fine if you want a Millie nickname. By itself, it feel incomplete.
Cara Faye -- 6/10
I love Cara - sweet, simple, adorable, feminine ... but Faye isn't a favourite of mine. Cara Mae is cuter in my opinion.
Calista Eden -- 8/10
A great unique combination that's beautiful. Very feminine and great nickname potential.
Tessa Jane -- 8/10
I love Tessa and this combination is great. It's simple but beautiful and feminine.
Nola Pearl -- 5/10
Love Pearl, hate Nola. Lola Pearl or Nora Pearl are both better alternatives in my mind.
FAVOURITES: Leah Felicity, Aurelia Winter and Seraphina Wren.
LEAST FAVOURITES: Thora Violet, Aspen Rose and Callia Snow.
1. Ivy Juliet - 5/10 - I would prefer the name "Juliet" before "Ivy", but I suppose it works either way.
2. Evangeline Lilith - 10/10 - I don't often give out full 10's, but this is such an original and gorgeous name!
3. Isla Willow - 3/10 - Hmm...I'm into the old style names, but I'm not sure on how I feel about this name.
4. Leah Felicity - 6/10 - Love it. Not too sure on the name "Felicity", but I like Leah.
5. Sadie Grey - 3/10 - Again, not so fond of it. I don't like using colors as a part of the kids name. I also do not like the name Sadie; simply because I rode a horse that has that name so it's awkward.
6. Aurelia Winter - 4/10 - Eh, it's alright. I like "Aurelia", but not so much "Winter".
7. Seraphina Wren - 2/10 - I don't like it. It's awkward to say, and tough to spell.
8. Thora Violet - 2/10 - I love "Violet", but "Thora" is like the female version of the name "Thor".
9. Aspen Rose - 7/10 - LOVE it! I adore the name "Aspen", and I have no idea why! Rose just flows with any name, if used correctly.
10. Callia Snow - 8/10 - I don't often like when people use seasons as first/middle names, but I think "Winter" goes very well with "Callia".
11. Millie Sophia - 6/10 - I would prefer the name "Millicent" as to "Millie". I also am very fond of the name "Sophia", I always have been.
12. Cara Faye - 6/10 - I love this name. I like the spelling "Kara" as to "Cara", but still a nice name.
13. Calista Eden - 9/10 - LOVE it. "Calista" is such a gorgeous name, and it sounds so optimistic and pretty. I also like "Eden"!
14. Tessa Jane - 7/10 - Eh, "Tessa" is an okay name. I know a snobby girl named "Tessa", so that's probably why, but I love "Jane".
15. Nola Pearl - 5/10 - Like one of the names I have mentioned above, this sounds like the female version of a male name, in this particular case the males name would be "Noel". But I still like it, and "Pearl" is gorgeous!
My favorite is "Evangeline Lilith" and my least favorite is "Seraphina Wren".

Now, here's my favorites where I only personally like 1 of the names....
Seraphina Wren- Seraphina is gorgeous, just not wild about Wren
Millie Sophia- Love Millie! I'm just not a member of the "Sophia craze" going on right now.
Cara Faye- Cara is my sisters name and I love it. She pronounces it "Car-a" though, and I'm guessing you're pronouncing this Care-a? Either way, it's a darling name. I just don't care for Faye. I think of an older lady with 70's feathered hair like Farrah Fawcett. lol
And the name I don't care for is Evangeline Lilith. While it's not horrible AT ALL, it's just a little too snooty sounding for me. It sounds like her parents should be millionaires with their own private yacht. ( I WISH i could qualify for that category! ) Also, Evangeline always makes me think of the word evangelist. So, out of 15 names, I love all but 1!

1. Liliana - 10/10 A new favourite of mine. I think it ages better than Lily, which I also love. 2. Brigitte - 9/10 I love Brigitte, although I prefer Bridget for spelling. It's such a mature, elegant name. 3. Lily - 8/10 The only fault I can find in Lily is that it wouldn't age well. 4. Phoebe - 8/10 Beautiful name. 5. Heidi - 7/10 Heidi is such a gorgeous name. I don't understand why it's so unpopular. 6. Alyssa - 7/10 Gorgeous name. 7. Anya - 6/10 Lovely 8. Evangeline - 5/10 I just like the others better. 9. Cordelia - 2/10 Doesn't appeal to me. 10. Out of your list I like Seraphina Wren and =Thora Violet the best! I don't like Aspen at all, I just always think of the rich city in Colorado.
I like Evangeline Lilith, Callia Snow and maybe Tessa Jane. The rest...not so much.
