how much would the home treatments cost exactly?anr are they effective? Imean if we could have the vet do it we would trust me but we just brought a house so money is really really tight and she olny 3 months old and can my cat catch it too? i've been separting them apart.

Your cat is safe. Your pup needs to see the vet, to receive the supplies for caring for her at home. I have found little difference between home treatment, with the vet supplying fluids and shots to give..and the pup staying at the vet's.

I definitely would de-worm him for now. She will be o.k til summer but get it done then. Check with your local shelter to see if theirs a low cost clinic. In my area we have a vet come to the shelter and give shots and make licences available. It cost me $55 for EVERYTHING. A savings of at least $100-$150.
Yes, and yes. You really need to get the dog and cat their shots. If you could afford the house then you should not have to short change the poor animals because you should treat them right or else give them to the Humane Society where they can have a chance to get a decent owner.
