Graphics Card - Black Friday/Cyber Monday?

Does anyone how low the gtx 970 will go down on black friday/cyber monday. I really want to buy a new graphics card without spending 300+ but I'm willing to spend like $220-250 if anyone has a used gtx 970 gigabyte version please let me know.

Also is it better to get the Evga Gtx 970 or XFX R9 290 Double Displacement?

    BF/CM dont usually have any deals on graphics cards. But graphics card generally dont go on sale much anyway. They usually only get free games or mail in rebates or on sale for like 6-10% off at most. (pretty much best deal you can get is like 8% off promo code+ $20-30 MIR + free game)

    the r9 290x is more of a competitor to the gtx970. If you can get the 290x for decently cheaper, and already have a good enough psu for it, 290x is a good choice.
