They could have played in Oceania, but Asia will have better competitors...
Israel, Turkey and Kazakhastan are in Asia, but they play in Europe.
Why Israel plays in Europe and not Asia or Africa, they neibouring Egypt.... FIFA does whatever they want and in favor of whoever pays MORE...now they want to have the world cup in the winter....hehehe...

They want tougher opponents... Oceania is so weak.
