Nvidia Driver Problem?

i have a Nvidia 7600 GS i know old but i have to do with this until i can splurge on my 2 ATI Radeon HD 5870 x2

but anyway im running Windows 7 x64 RTM build 7600

and i tweak the graphics settings viberance goes to 100 percent (otherwise it looks like crap

and i turn the sharpness to 14 or 19 percent depending how long my eyes have been staring at the screen and how tired i am

but anyway when i restart all of the settings are the predefined defaults

its been like this since nvidia 181.xx and im running 191.03 and its still not fixed

what can i do to make these settings be applied at startup

o one more detail when it starts up and i can see the login page its the way i like it for about half a second and then the monitor turns off for about 5 seconds and it goes to default

i know that is a long question but please help me

yeah well that didnt work man how do i fix it or how do i hack drivers?
