is glaucoma curable?
I believe my cat has glaucoma. Until I have her checked out by my vet I will not know for certain but I want to look into it and get info.
firstly is it curable or if not how is it treated? Hopefully my insurance will cover the costs of it if treatment proves expensive.
Update:she is only just over a year old. Her eyesight seems to be just fine though. She is a persian and persians do suffer with eye and nose problems. I'll get her checked out at the vet. I am 99.9% sure its glaucoma.

I know my brother's was treated with drops which are ongoing (given on a regular basis). I have never had a cat who had it. I imagine it is treatable for them too.
Glaucoma is not visibly detectable (it is pressure on the optic nerve at the back of the eye.
Are you thinking of cataracts?
might be cataras if so its treatball, its very dear but insurance does cover, have you a pool or does cat go near one as claurine in pool does this,or is it age
