Just click on "View Seats" and you will see that the front cabin is labeled "Business Elite". As Alex mentioned, it is the brand name, or product name that Delta uses for business class. The "First/Business" and "Elite" are Delta's way of saying that the plane doesn't have a first class cabin and that their business class is just as good as, or close to, international first class.
If you actually want Business Elite as advertised by Delta then you want to make sure that your flight is operated by Delta. I just took a look at LAX-CDG at the Delta website and it shows a flight operated by their partner Air France. The seat map shows that the front cabin is Business Elite, but as it is not a Delta plane it will have the Air France business class product (whatever AF calls it). It may or may not be better or worse.
Also took a look at ATL-LHR and there was a connecting flight via AMS. The front cabin for the KLM operated flight AMS-LHR is shown as Business Elite on the seat map, but that is not what you would actually get - you would get some short-haul business class seat that is nothing like a true Business Elite seat.

BusinessElite is just their brand name for business class.
