The pigeons in our garden looked like they were kissing this morning. But do they actually kiss?
Kind of. They preen each others' heads if they are a mating/bonded pair. Since they cannot reach this spot, it is an act of friendship and love when another preens its head to scratch an itch or unsheathe pin feathers that another cannot reach.
No I don't think so because they don't have lips.
