So I run for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week and I'm really trying to lose weight. What can I eat so that I will drop some pounds? I'm 5'3" and 124 lbs trying to get down to 105-110 lbs. Telling me meal by meal will really help! Thanks!
Definitely don't go to crash diet which is 1200 or less. Your perfect meals would be: breakfast-1 cup fat free yogurt, 1 cup blueberries, 1 table spoon chopped walnuts, 1 packet of plain and 1 packet of flavored oatmeal. Snack- carrots and celery sticks with natural peanut butter lunch- 3oz of natural deli turkey, 1 slice of park skim milk cheese, lettuce and tomato on wheat bread, 1 table spoon of almonds, 4 medium strawberries snack- banana with peanut butter and glass of skim milk dinner- 3 oz of lean grilled meat, 1 cup of rice or whole wheat pasta, 1 cup of broccoli, cooked in olive oil, light sauce
The thing that you have to understand is that there isn't any magic food you can eat that would help you lose weight. The key word is moderation. Eat what you would normally eat but don't pig out. Your workout regiment is excellent btw
well you should eat regularly but just watch your calories 2000 colories per day is average intake for a healthy person but you should talk to a doctor for a good food diet plan

Try not to eat carbs and keeps your calories under 1,000 a day. Apples, eggs and chicken are the best food to eat on a diet. Good luck!

Try cutting down on sugar, salt and fatty foods. Drink lots of water too!
