Does ebgame accept returns?
on the receipt it says they dont accept opened game. they say its brand new but the only thing that's brand new is the disk and it was already opened when i bought it 
do u guys think i can get a full refund on it? (gta chinatown for psp)

yea its a bummer after you open it its no longer new its now pre-owned no matter how good condition you kept it in theyll probably trade you or store credit you know that crap idk about eb but gamestop has like a strict time policy that lets you return new games you check that out for eb
EB games has a seal on the game. If it is broken I think the only way to get a refund is to trade it in as a used game. Even if it's used or new prior to purchase.
