How to control sexual urges?
I'm 20 and I've been having super bad urges , but lately my gf has told mé she wants to stop having "sex" making love because of religion. I want to stop but it's so hard and every time I have these crazy urges and it's so hard to control them. I feel like its tearing us apart because she don't want to make love any more, I don't but when I'm around her or alone I get urges.
Any ideas?
I truely love her and that's why i want to stop the urges but I can't and it's hard

You want to discuss your concerns with your girlfriend.
I don't understand what sex has to do with religion. I mean, if you've already had a sexual aspect to your relationship, what's done is done. The Bible is filled with sex; the Song of Solomon is some of the most poetic descriptions of sexual desire and fulfillment.
There may be some other issue going on and sex and religion are convenient excuses.
Are you sure you want to be with someone who can make such a major decision that affects you both without any concern for your feelings or needs?
First, you will not stop the urges. Just like the rest of us, you know how to masturbate.
If your relationship is really about love, then consider marriage. Then, all the sex you both want is there.
Otherwise, if your relationship is really based on sex, it might be the time to say goodbye.
Pray the urge away. The Lord giveth them and the Lord taketh away.
So...do your arms not reach your crotch?
