Fantasy Football Trade?

Okay im having trouble trading with this guy and im trying to figure something out. He's trading benched players and its annoying. I offered him a fair trade which consisted of me(fitzgerald,torrain,marshall) for him(steve smith panthers,julio jones,felix jones). He said no and that i was ripping him off or something stupid. Im trying to figure out a way to crack this guy. I offered him now Fitzgerald,LT,and Floyd for Julio Jones,Felix Jones and Steve Smith and awaiting to see what he will do. Im just trying to find a trade that he will accept
