Chances of pregnancy are always high but being you did have the chemicals of the spermicidle condom inside you already your chances are probably not as high as if you didn't. Condoms without being broke are not 100% there are microscopic holes which allow sperm to still sneak through. Just hope and if your not ready for a child then try a better brand that wont break.
in addition to the other answers.
can't use any birth controlls?
what about a cap or something like that? you put it up inside you and it "caps off" your cervix. you use it with a spermicide and it contains nothing that would affect your heart condition.
or a femidom (female condom) aswell as a normal condom?
there are other options. i suggest you go to the doctor or a sexual health clinic / family planning clinic and ask about alternatives to tablet birth control. i think there is also an IUD (coil) available that has no hormones on it.
you should also make sure you both now how to properly put on a condom. as not doing it right can cause them to split. also consider measuring his girth (curcumference) incase he needs a wider condom - these are available but you might have to ask for them in the pharmacy, or you can buy XL condoms online.
pregnancy prevention isn't just down to the male, it's down to you too.
If you are between 1-2 weeks after your period ended then there is a much higher chance. The spermicide should help though. NEVER douche, it pushes the sprem up further.
Unless it broke while he was comming, you serously need to be pissed at him right about now.
Depends on where you are in your cycle. At the beginning or end of your cycle it's low but if you are mid-cycle there is a chance.
BTW, most guys can tell when a condom breaks. I'd get nasty with your man about his irresponsibility.
will depend on time of month eg ovulation period. you can reduce likelihood by rinsing out vagina immediately ( douche) with salt water and ideally immediately. the risk factor can be small or high depending on your fertility and how long his semen washed over your cervix. so assume a 50% chance as a reasonable assessment.
