How do you become a YouTube Partner?
I have always wanted to become a partner but people say that you need a certain amount of video views and subscribers. I have no copyright on my videos. I only get about 30-60 views on my videos 
I have 368 video views now in total. What are the things you need in your YouTube channel to become a YouTube Partner? Thanks.
